Sailesh joining our Cargill social media team was such an incredible boon for us. His depth of knowledge in social and digital is pretty incredible, which put him in high demand with our partners in APAC and around the world. In weeks, Sailesh set up an entire social infrastructure in a neglected region and delivered significantly better YOY results for a critical client initiative. That was just the beginning. Sailesh worked across strategy, governance, creative, implementation and measurement to knock it out of the park for our social team. He challenged us to think differently about the entire social ecosystem. He was a leadership and culture champion. Sailesh was the key digital optimization manager during my mayoral campaign for the city of Toronto. He and his team worked remotely as I was in Toronto and he was in Hyderabad but the process was seamless. In a short span of just under three months, he was able to deliver result.
